B2 Basketball Players Swim w/SafeSplash Swim School

As a way to enhance our players experience, we are adding swim to our program. We believe it is necessary for an athlete to train specifically for their sport if they want to excel, however, for most athletes cross training is a beneficial training method for maintaining a high level of overall fitness. Swimming is a full body exercise, getting in the pool is an effective way to strengthen and tone the muscles used on the hardwood. We have partnered with SafeSplash swim school this season to bring this exciting new activity to the program in an effort to reduce injuries.
